I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach who believes in the power of enjoying what you do, eating chocolate and dancing round the kitchen to the Time Warp. (Go on. You know you want to!)

My mission is to help you lose weight AND keep it off. And I mean long term.
Because what you’re doing now, or what you’ve done in the past, hasn’t worked. Has it?! No, ifs or buts, it hasn’t worked!
You may have lost weight initially. But you couldn’t keep it off. So, unless your goal was to lose weight and then put it all, and maybe more, back on again, it didn’t work. The diet didn’t work.
And it didn’t work because you weren’t enjoying what you were doing. You couldn’t, or didn’t want, to stick to it. So, you need a different approach. Because if you’re not enjoying your life then, what’s the point?!

Yes, it is possible. And when you enjoy it you’ll actually look forward to doing it, rather than dreading it.

Food is life. It’s what keeps us going. It’s not essential to enjoy what you eat, but man, life is so much better when you do.

I know what it's like to dread standing on the scales
Listen, I know how miserable it feels when the weight starts creeping back on again. When you stand in front of your wardrobe and you’re met with all of those lovely clothes you treated yourself to when you lost the weight, and now they’re getting tighter.
When this happened to me after my daughter was born, yeah I started putting weight on after she was born, not through the pregnancy, after she was born, I knew something had to change.
But this time was a bit different, because this time, I couldn’t do what I’d normally do...go to the gym for a few hours every week and be hyper vigilant with everything I ate. I couldn’t do that because I had a 6 month old baby depending on me. I didn’t have the time OR the energy.
And, to be honest, I didn’t want to drag myself away from the cutest little baby in the world. So, whatever I did, I had to enjoy it. It had to be worth it.
Slowly but surely I developed...

A workout plan full of movements I really enjoy doing. I mean I feel like I missing out if I don't do them. I'll even skip having a glass of wine of an evening to make sure I'm feeling on top form.

A meal plan that I love. Yeah I love everything I sit down to eat. And the meals are so easy to cook, ordering a takeaway is more hassle.
Now, I'm here to help you do the same.
